Aspergillus oryzae Inoculant

Product Overview

This product is a live Aspergillus oryzae inoculant. It can secrete abundant cellulase, ligninase, protease, phytase, amylase and pectinase complex enzyme system. It is heat-resistant, multiplies rapidly and features strong degradation capacity. It is a core strain for decomposing straw, livestock manure, kitchen waste, mushroom residue composting and soil remediation.

Core Working Principle

01 Secrete Complex Enzyme System

Metabolize and produce protease, amylase and other enzymes, decompose macromolecular organic substances in soil.

02 Transform Organic Nutrients

Accelerate composting of straw and manure, convert humus into small molecules that are easy for crops to absorb.

03 Improve Soil Structure

Alleviate soil compaction, balance rhizosphere pH, optimize soil granular structure.

04 Balance Rhizosphere Microbiome

Expand the proportion of beneficial flora, inhibit harmful microorganisms and stabilize soil microecology.

05 Assist Growth Promotion

Boost root system development, improve nutrient uptake efficiency, ensure balanced and stable crop growth.

Product Technical Index

Total viable count: 200 million ~ 10 billion CFU/g.

Scope of Application

Mainly used for soil improvement, straw returning in fields, organic fertilizer fermentation. Suitable for planting fields with low soil organic matter and compacted soil.

Application Method

  1. Compost Maturation ① Formula: Live bacteria ≥1 billion CFU/g Aspergillus oryzae. Add 0.03%~0.05% based on dry material weight, and combine with yeast and Bacillus subtilis for synergistic effect. ② Conditions: Material moisture 40%-60%, temperature 20-40°C, cover film for heat preservation. Turn the pile every 5–7 days; composting cycle: 15–25 days.
  2. Soil Improvement ① Base application: Mix with organic fertilizer, spread and plow into soil before land preparation. ② Straw returning: Crush straw, spread bacterial powder, irrigate and deeply bury to prevent anaerobic root rot. ③ Water & fertilizer flushing: Activate bacterial powder with water, apply via flushing or drip irrigation to activate soil.

Notes

  1. This is a live microbial inoculant. Do not mix with biocides, strong acid or strong alkaline agrochemicals.
  2. Store in sealed, cool, dry and dark place. Shelf life: 12 months at room temperature. Cold storage can extend storage time.
