Aspergillus niger Inoculant
Product Overview
This product is a live Aspergillus niger inoculant. It can secrete large amounts of compound enzyme systems including citric acid, cellulase, glucoamylase, protease, phytase and lipase. It features resistance to acid and alkali, outstanding acid-producing capacity and strong mineralization & decomposition ability. It is a core strain specially used for organic fertilizer fermentation, feed detoxification, soil phosphorus & potassium activation and straw composting.
Core Working Principle
01 High-yield Compound Enzyme System
Massively secrete phytase, glucoamylase and cellulase to decompose difficult-to-utilize substances such as phytic acid, crude fiber and crude protein.
02 Activate Soil Mineral Nutrients
Metabolize to produce organic acids, dissolve soil fixed phosphorus, calcium and magnesium, and release mineral nutrients locked in soil.
03 Accelerate Material Detoxification & Maturation
Decompose anti-nutritional factors in raw materials, degrade straw tannins and livestock toxins, shorten the compost fermentation cycle.
04 Regulate Soil Microecology
Reduce soil salinity and alkalinity, inhibit harmful spoilage bacteria, and optimize the micro-ecological environment around root zones.
05 Improve Crop Nutrient Absorption Efficiency
Small-molecule organic acids stimulate root growth, improve fertilizer utilization rate and enhance crop vigor.
Product Technical Index
Total viable count: 200 million ~ 10 billion CFU/g.
Scope of Application
Suitable for organic fertilizer fermentation, feed fermentation and detoxification, straw returning & composting, saline-alkali soil improvement. It fits planting fields with phosphorus fixation, salinization and insufficient organic matter.
Application Method
- Compost / Feed Fermentation ① Formula: Live bacteria ≥1 billion CFU/g Aspergillus niger, add 0.03%~0.05% based on dry material weight, and combine with yeast and Bacillus for synergistic effect. ② Conditions: Material moisture 40%-60%, temperature 20-40°C, cover film for heat preservation. Turn the pile every 5–7 days; composting cycle: 15–25 days.
- Soil Improvement ① Base application: Mix with organic fertilizer, spread and plow into soil before land preparation. ② Straw returning: Crush straw, spread bacterial powder, irrigate and deeply bury to speed up straw decomposition. ③ Water & fertilizer flushing: Activate bacterial powder with water, apply via drip irrigation or flushing to improve saline-alkali land.
Notes
- This is a live microbial inoculant. Do not mix with biocides, strong acid or strong alkaline agrochemicals.
- Store in sealed, cool, dry and dark place. Shelf life: 12 months at room temperature. Cold storage can extend storage time.
